Our team is currently investigating an issue causing an error message in TheWorxHub when assigning Work Orders to a Technician in the Mobile App. This is a top priority for our team and we hope to have a resolution soon. As a work around for this issue you can use the web application or follow the instructions below to uncheck Teams and assign the work from there. 1. Open the Work Order, then tap to open the "Labor Assignment" page. 2. Tap "Teams Assignable", then tap the "checkmark next to the currently assigned team" to remove it. 3. Tap "Staff Assignable", then search for the technician who needs to be assigned. 4. Tap the "technician’s name" — a checkmark will appear to confirm selection. 5.
