Service Disruption Report – Web Unlocker & SERP On 06-Apr-2025, from 00:00 to 02:00, many of our proxy servers were unable to connect to a core decision making server. Timeline (UTC): - 00:00 - The many of our unlocker proxy servers started seeing a loop of connection errors. - 00:30 - The Bright Data Web Unlocker team identified the networking issue. - 00:39 - An updated networking config was committed and releases began to repair the connections. - 02:00 - The networking fixes went to production and service began to recover.
