One of our vendors, Zendesk, is currently experiencing a partial service outage. This issue is preventing our support team from seeing and responding to phone calls and potentially emails/webform tickets as quickly as we would like. Zendesk was able to identify and implement a fix for the errors were were experiencing, so the support experience should be back to normal. They're continuing to monitor, but we're experiencing no issues at this time. Sorry about the trouble!
