    From 10:01-10:20AM, Branch Installs and Open APIs experienced high error rate and response times causing the system to go into an unhealthy state. Engineers immediately manually scaled up the system. As of 10:20 all systems are recovered. Clicks, Journeys, and V2 Events were not impacted.
