We’ve identified an issue this morning affecting Tax Summary Document generation. Between 7:40 BST and 9:40 BST, our system experienced degradation and your platform may have received 500 responses, including for instruction messages. Service has since been restored - however, Tax Summary Document generation continues to fail, with our API currently returning 403 errors. We are actively investigating the Tax Summary Document issue and assessing the wider impact of the earlier degradation. We’ll provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
