    Between 10:03 AM and 10:14 AM EDT, the Notehub UI and API were unavailable. This incident also delayed event routing for Notecards connecting via wifi. Cellular Notecards were not impacted. The root cause was unexpected behavior of our hosting provider during a maintenance procedure. Going forward, we have changed this maintenance procedure to avoid the root cause.
