    We have identified a slow response situation impacting some users. Users may experience slow or variable response when using the UI or API. Our team is investigating and will update status periodically until resolved.

    IncomeXpert UI users have nominal performance restored. The degradation to the API is still being investigated.

    The IncomeXpert API is now operating nominally. The Blueprint team will continue to monitor systems throughout the day to ensure the system remains nominal. The preliminary root cause of the issue indicates a subset of server instances are experiencing high RAM utilization after scale out and becoming slow to respond. This impacted a fraction of the API server instances, hence some clients saw nominal performance and other experience degraded performance.

    Blueprint has completed its monitoring of this issue. We have current corrective actions to address the original issue which were effective. These were restarting stuck/unresponsive server instances. Going forward we will adjust the planned scaling schedule to earlier in the day and avoid scheduled scale up events during the workday.

    Over the weekend authentication certificates were refreshed for Blueprint for their internal SSO configuration. We believe during this update the SSO configuration of clients who have configurated SSO directly with Blueprint were affected and their configuration settings were changed at this same time. This is resulting in SSO authentication errors for users. Clients with SSO configured have been directly contacted to notify them of this issue. Clients with username / password access are not impacted. Encompass and API clients are not impacted. Impacted users should have their IT team re-confirm the SSO configuration settings inside Blueprint by visiting https://income.getblueprint.io/Account/SSOconfig.aspx and confirming the endpoints and certificate match your intended configuration.

    A root cause was identified for this issue. When a X509 certificate was updated for an sso configuration, it was incorrectly applied to multiple client's SSO configurations. The remedy has been tested and confirmed with several impacted clients. Impacted clients need to open the SSO configuration inside Blueprint (https://income.getblueprint.io/Account/SSOconfig.aspx) and update the X509 certificate with the value from their system and overwrite the current value. An administrator on the account with username / password authentication will be needed to access this page and make the required update.

    Remediation of this issue has been validated with several impacted clients. The root cause of the issue was identified as an incorrect script designed to automate certificate updates. This script incorrectly updated X509 certificates for all SSO configurations, not just a single configuration. This script has been remedied for future use to confirm only a single configuration is updated.     Due to the AWS outage, a number of SaaS companies hosting on their servers have been impacted. A notification system used by IncomeXpert PLUS is currently impacted and as such loans flagged for further QC review are unable to be processed in a timely manner. These loans may take longer to process due to the outage of the dependent system. We are monitoring this situation and will provide updates as and when our dependent services come back online.

    The Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage still continues to impact our 3rd party software service used for supporting our IncomeXpert PLUS product. Ref: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status We continue to monitor the status of AWS as well as our 3rd party software service dependent upon AWS.

    The software service dependent on AWS has been restored as of 3:00pm today. Previously we have noticed intermittent functionality, as such we are continuing to monitor and will close out this alert when functionality has remained stable for multiple hours.

    We have discovered a degraded (slow) performance when creating PDF reports in IncomeXpert. Our team is investigating.

    Performance degradation was monitored and found to be short term and transient in nature. A queue managing the PDF generation became backed up with jobs after a server scaling event which resulted in reduced performance for a period of time. The backlog has been cleared and the system is responding normally. Slow PDF generation was present in the system for about 45minutes in total.

    PDF generation was impacted for clients using the FNMA Income Calculator integration. As an interim corrective action we have temporarily disabled FNMA Income Calculator on these accounts to restore PDF creation functionality. In the meantime the Blueprint team is working on a final corrective action to restore both FNMA Income Calculator and PDF generation functionality for all users.
