We have discovered a degraded (slow) performance when creating PDF reports in IncomeXpert. Our team is investigating.

Performance degradation was monitored and found to be short term and transient in nature. A queue managing the PDF generation became backed up with jobs after a server scaling event which resulted in reduced performance for a period of time. The backlog has been cleared and the system is responding normally. Slow PDF generation was present in the system for about 45minutes in total.
