We’re investigating an issue with the API that is impacting some users. We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. We’ll share another update shortly.

This incident is now resolved Between approximately 12:05 and 12:30 BST, some users experienced slow page loads on the Blink merchant portal, and reporting pages including Card Transactions and Payment Requests may have timed out. A short period of errors occurred between 12:00 and 12:12 BST. Card payments, payment links and API transactions processed normally throughout and were not affected. We have identified the contributing factors and have follow-up work underway to prevent recurrence. We apologise for the disruption.
