Automated Underwriting (AUS) requests—specifically DU and LP—are not successfully running for clients at this time. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore AUS functionality as quickly as possible. We will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.

    AUS Functionality Fully Restored We have successfully resolved and confirmed the full restoration of AUS functionality. You can now run AUS as expected.
