Between approximately 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM AEST on July 27, 2025, users experienced a partial outage affecting Blast Control. During this period, users were unable to create new Blasts, and other operations within the system were slower than expected. The issue was identified to be caused by a database maintenance routine. We've addressed the immediate impact and are implementing changes to prevent recurrence. All services are now operating normally.
