For most users, BlancVPN is working normally. If you still can't connect, please take two steps: 1. Update your app to the latest version — both the BlancVPN app and your third-party client, if you use one (Happ or INCY, for example). This matters: on an outdated version, some settings may not work. How to update BlancVPN on iOS: https://blanc.link/1toFfDD. 2. Refresh your VPN subscription — in your third-party client, tap the circular icon with two arrows next to the subscription name to pull the latest settings, then try connecting again.
