BitTitan experienced a minor incident on February 15, 2023 affecting BitTitan Website, lasting 5d 7h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Support Portal is currently not accessible from the Help Center (https://help.bittitan.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) Customers are not able to access the Support Portal in order to create new tickets and check the status of existing tickets. The issue is currently being investigated and we will be posting updates as we learn more. At this time, new support incidents can be opened by emailing support at [email protected]
