Bitly experienced a minor incident on June 15, 2016, lasting 4d 16h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The Bitly platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance between June 16th, 8PM and 11:59PM EDT on Thursday night. During that window, you will not be able to log in to the Bitly platform, use API services, create new Bitlinks or update settings in your account. All existing links will continue to work as normal and all analytics will remain up to date during and after this period.

The timeline for our planned maintenance window has been revised to June 20th, 2:00-4:00AM EDT. Additionally, note that if you are explicitly whitelisting Bitly in your firewall rules, please make sure add the 67.199.248.0/24 network as we are moving data centers and it will be necessary for your servers to communicate with that network to work with Bitly going forward. As before, during the window, you will not be able to log in to the Bitly platform, use API services, create new Bitlinks or update settings in your account. All existing links will continue to work as normal and all analytics will remain up to date during and after this period.
