We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. The incident was caused by an update that was applied at approximately 18:00 UTC related to an upcoming feature. This introduced a new flag, used during login, which failed to deploy properly into production. It was specific to GravityZone single-sign-on. Once identified, engineers were able to apply a fix within a short period of time to resolve the issue.
