Para cualquier duda, contacta con nuestro equipo de soporte: bit2me.com/es/soporte El equipo de Bit2Me ---- Scheduled change — Social Pay — effective 8 October 2026 From 8 October 2026, autoclaim will no longer apply to transfers between a subaccount and its main user made through the Social Pay transfer endpoints. Currently these transfers settle automatically without a second API call. After the change, the transfer creates a Social Pay order and funds remain pending until the claim is completed. What you need to change: after the transfer, claim the order using the following endpoints: GET /v1/social-pay/order (list pending orders) POST /v1/social-pay/order/claim with the orderId and the destination pocketId Who is affected: API integrations that move funds between a subaccount and its main user via Social Pay transfers. What does not change: the transfer call itself stays the first step. Complete the claim step in your integration before 8 October 2026. After that date, a transfer without a claim will not deliver the funds. For any questions, contact our support team: bit2me.com/en/support The Bit2Me Team
