We are seeing wide-scale failures in SMS notifications. At this time, we recommend turning off SMS verification for in-app purchases to alleviate issues for new riders. We are actively testing solutions in our test environment and we will post again as soon as a fix can be released to production.

A fix has been identified and a restart of a system service will begin now. Limited downtime may occur. The team will be monitoring the system as the service restarts.

This incident has been resolved, a fix has been implemented and SMS notifications are working again in all tenants. We recommend turning SMS verification back on for in-app purchases if it was turned off during the outage.
