We are currently investigating delays in kiosk messaging that caused some kiosks to appear as unresponsive in the system. Having received reports that these kiosks are functional, we have temporarily set all kiosks to Active status to limit rider impacts. We will provide an update as we have more information. Thank you.

Following a restart of services, the system is processing kiosk sensor readings without delays or errors. We are continuing to monitor the system and seeing positive results. Over the weekend, as a precautionary measure, we will be keeping all kiosks set to Active.

We are continuing to set all kiosks to Active status while we complete work on a hot fix. We expect to release the hot fix this evening in a no-downtime deployment, starting at 9pm.

The hot fix has been deployed and this incident has been resolved. Kiosks are back to reporting as active or unresponsive based on the kiosk sensor reading timestamps.
