An issue with a database maintenance job has been resolved as of 11am CST. We are monitoring the system to ensure return to normal processing speeds.

We are seeing processing speeds returning to normal. If you notice bikes listed as docked without a station, please consider these steps to ensure current information in your system: 1) Using the Read All Bikes feature on the Kiosk Grid 2) Rebooting the kiosk 3) Using a maintenance card to check a bike out and move it to another dock If you still see delays or issues with checkouts, please reach out to us on the BCycle Help Center.
