We are currently experiencing SMS delivery issues with one of our message routes. This has been raised with the network and they are investigating.

The network engineers have advised that there has been a hardware failure on a node at one of their partner sites. They are currently investigating why this caused a prolonged connection issue, however for now it has failed-over to a functional site and the system is running correctly again. We can see that messages are now being sent and received successfully.
