Bazaarvoice has identified a degradation affecting the display of Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers. Clients using the Bazaarvoice-hosted display or the Conversations API may be unable to see any content. However, submissions are not affected. Clients using the Conversations API might also experience high response times, timeouts, and may be unable to retrieve content. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
