Bazaarvoice identified a degradation affecting the display of Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers. Clients using the Bazaarvoice-hosted display or the Conversations API may have been unable to view any content. Additionally, clients using the Conversations API may also have experienced elevated response times and timeouts, potentially preventing content retrieval. We confirm that content submissions were not affected during this incident. The incident was detected at 16:35 UTC on October 30, 2025, and was resolved as of 17:08 UTC, October 30. It is no longer ongoing. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide a further update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
