We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout errors. Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 8/11/2026, 1:45:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
