    We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with timeout errors. Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 4/29/2026, 11:30:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We are researching internally Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
