We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013/AV07 errors. Customers are receiving VT06_013/AV07 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/27/2026, 8:30:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
