We are seeing HCSR Outpatient Auth, HCSR Detailed Auth/Referral and HCSR Inpatient Auth transactions failing with AAA*42 errors. Customers are receiving AAA*42 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/11/2026, 1:00:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
