    We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013 errors. Customers are receiving Invalid Response errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance.
