We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013 errors. Customers are receiving Error processing eligibility errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/25/2026, 8:10:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
