    We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claim Status Inquiry, HCSR Outpatient Auth, Health Care Services Inquiry and HCSR Inpatient Auth transactions failing with Timeout/Invalid Response/No Response Received errors. Customers are receiving AV01/AV07/VT06_036 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available.
