    We are seeing Health Care Services Inquiry, HCSR Inpatient Auth, HCSR Outpatient Auth, HCSR Detailed Auth/Referral and HCSR Referral transactions failing with AAA*42 errors. Customers are receiving AAA*42 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/18/2026, 10:04:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
