We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with invalid responses. Customers are receiving VT06_036 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/16/2026, 4:18:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
