We are seeing Health Care Services Inquiry, HCSR Detailed Auth/Referral, HCSR Outpatient Auth and HCSR Inpatient Auth transactions failing with AAA*42 errors. Customers are receiving AAA*42 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/15/2026, 8:24:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
