We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout errors. Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 5/2/2026, 1:20:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. There is no after hours support for this payer.
