We are currently investigating an issue where UpTick users integrating with the TD POS are experiencing difficulties loading events within UpTick. When we have any information about this issue or a solution, we will update this status page.

TD confirmed that they were experiencing performance issues this morning, which were affecting their API. Has been resolved on their end.
