    We are investigating issues regarding latency/slowness when navigating between events in UpTick, saving criteria, and loading listings. This looks to be include several of our partners, including but not limited to Skybox, TicketNetwork, and Trade Desk POS as well as some infrastructure technology. We will continue to investigate, reach out to our partners, and will update when we have more information.

    We have determined the latency was related to an outage with a major ISP that has been resolved. We are seeing all performance improve as the ISP recovers, and will continue to monitor for any persistent issues. Please reach out to support if you encounter any other issues.
