We were made aware of a change on Ticketmaster's login page that has caused an unexpected reset for TM1 BID identity. Due to this, unfortunately, user sessions logged into UpTick were revoked and we will need a new set of tokens to restore the TM1 login. Our team is working on a solution to quickly remedy this with TM and update the TM Authentication Portal within UpTick to correctly authorize accounts. We will provide an update when we have more information

We have implemented a fix to the TM Authentication Portal to work with the new log-in requirements for TM. If you have the Ticketmaster feed enabled, all users will need to ensure they go into their Settings, navigate to TM Authentication, and re-enter the unique credentials that you created for UpTick use. All users must re-authenticate to properly utilize the TM marketplace. If you run into issues, please reach out using the in-app chat.
