Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting the NAB Processor transaction processing. We have received confirmation from NABEPX that they are aware of the issue on their end and we are actively communicating with them to identify and resolve the issue. Impact: Merchants may encounter transactions returning RTC 20 on NABEPX processor during authorization. The issue affecting NABEPX transaction processing has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
