Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting the login process for Merchant and/or Partner Interface. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. After further investigation, more impact had been identified. This include mPOS and Windows App. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Users may experience issues with login for Mulitples Portal Interface. Partial recovery has been done and mPOS and Windows App is working as expected. We have identified the issue affecting the issue of the Merchant and Partner Interface. The issue affecting multiple portal Interface has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences. Reported Start Time: July 12th, 2:15 AM GMT Impact: Customers are now able to use all relevant portal Interface as normal. Next Update: No further updates, issue resolved.
