Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Sandbox Account creation process. Users may receive an error message stating: “The sandbox is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try to create a test account in a few minutes.” We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Users may experience issues with creating Sandbox accounts within the Developer Center. Reported Start Time: 5 May 2026, 07:57 GMT Next Update: Within 60 minutes We regret any inconvenience this may cause for our customers. We will provide regular updates until the issue is mitigated.
