Authorize.net is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Merchant Interface (MINT) which may be preventing clients from managing their user profile or adding new users to their gateway account. As a workaround, any account which has been enabled for MINT 2.0 can toggle from 1.0 to 2.0 then try to add users or edit a profile without any issue. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Users may experience issues with managing a user profile or adding new users to their gateway account. The issue affecting the Merchant Interface has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
