We have identified an issue in the pipeline for customers who are signing up to the product for the first time. The issue results in the dashboard loading indefinitely when a new customer signs in. We have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix. Once resolved, any customers that were created during the period of this incident will start to work, there has been no loss of data.
