Arlo Engineering team is investigating an issue where some customers are not receiving Smart Rich Notifications for Animal detection. Recordings, Smart Rich Notifications for Person, Vehicle detection, and Library/Feeds view are not affected. We are working on resolving this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
