Update timeline

  1. investigating Nov 18, 2024, 03:14 AM UTC

Our staff have opened an investigative ticket with our data center provider in Chicago, Equinix, in troubleshooting accessibility issues to some client accounts. We will update this incident as soon as we have more details.

  2. identified Nov 18, 2024, 03:27 AM UTC

We have in the process of investigating this issue restarted 2 physical servers out of an abundance of caution, but while working on the possibility this was a hardware issue our data center provider came back that this was a routing issue impacting a sub-set of our IP ranges from them. This issue has been corrected, and they are investigating on their side as the the initial cause of the incident. Again this was a routing issue above/outside of our direct control, and was not an issue with any of our physical equipment. Issues should be fully cleared up for impacted VPS clients within the next few minutes, but our team is monitoring along with an engineer at the data center until we all feel its an "all clear". This ticket will switch to "Resolved" at that time. Please let our Support Team know if you have any questions at all, and thank you for your patience.
