Archive Resale Outage History

From 11:55am ET to 12:17pm ET Archive sites and certain admin applications were unavailable. There were intermittent service disruptions for some sites and applications between 12:41pm ET to 12:56pm ET. Service has been restored and is currently operating normally. Archive has identified the root cause and mitigated the issue. Archive is working through remediation steps. Please contact [email protected] with any additional questions.

The listings page for Lovevery and Rachel Comey was unable to load for a period of 1.5 hours after today's release. Automated alerting notified the team and a hot fix was released shortly after.

We noticed performance degradation at 9:32am PST which resolved at 10:06 PST today. Between those times users were unable to checkout.

The issue has been resolved. All delayed emails have been sent and operation is back to normal.

A Cloudflare outage impacted our shipping provider - users may have experienced issues creating shipping labels or entering their addresses in orders while in this degraded state. Two brand sites experienced outages due to Cloudflare: IKEA and Studio Anneloes

Between 9:00 AM PT and 9:55 AM PT we received a large number of requests that consumed all our available resources and prevented other requests from being served. As a result during that time frame, other incoming requests were denied service, which blocked sites from effective usage. We have mitigated the immediate cause of the traffic and will be rolling out additional mitigation and prevention safeguards in the coming days.
