[RESOLVED] Intermittent issues with the ArcGIS Online Basemap services

Between approximately 8:00 am PT and 5:30 pm PT on June 16 we experienced intermittent performance issues with our ArcGIS Online Tiled Basemaps. This occasionally affected a subset of our users trying to make export tile package requests. The issue has been resolved and the affected services are performing as expected.
