    We are investigating an issue with click attribution. Due to the analysis, there is a delay in the processing of sessions and in-apps traffic. You may experience delays in data availability in reports, push API and postbacks. We will share updates about our investigation progress. Thank you for your patience.

    Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on resolving it. We expect to resume processing incoming traffic soon. We will provide more information as soon as possible.

    We have now resumed processing installs. We expect sessions and in-app events to be processed soon. Customers may notice a decrease in attribution to non-SRN networks (i.e. click URL-based networks) along with delays in data availability in our aggregate dashboards, raw reports, push API, and partner postbacks. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

    We have reinitiated our in-app processing. Please note that there are delays in data processing, with a slight lag for sessions and a greater one for in-app events. We anticipate that all processing will return to its regular status within the next few hours.
