  1. identified Dec 16, 2025, 03:39 PM UTC

Since approximately 11:55 UTC, we've observed a decrease in conversions (installs and reengagements) attributed to Meta, due to an increased number of errors from Meta Ads’ Attribution API. Our team is actively working with Meta, and we are waiting for a fix on Meta’s side. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

  2. resolved Dec 17, 2025, 05:57 AM UTC

Meta API availability has returned to normal, and we continue to monitor conversion rates closely. We will update this page if any further anomalies occur. Thank you for your patience.
