Appsflyer experienced a minor incident on December 10, 2024 affecting Pull API aggregated reports and Overview dashboards, lasting 1d 1h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Some customers may be seeing incomplete data for today's installs, inapps, and sessions in the overview dashboard and pull API aggregated reports. The issue will be resolved by tomorrow (Dec 11, 2024). There is no impact on attribution or other modules and reports. Customers can use the cohort report as an alternative for analyzing today's data.

There is a delay in the availability of yesterday's LTV data (Dec 10) and today's LTV data in the overview dashboard and pull API aggregated reports. Our teams are working on resolving this issue. There is no impact on attribution or other modules and reports. Thank you for your patience.

Yesterday's (Dec 10) LTV data is available in our overview dashboard and pull API aggregated reports. There are still a few gaps in today's LTV data for inapp events and impressions. We will update once today's data is up to date.
