We are currently experiencing an issue where a some portion of requests are returning 500 errors. The root cause has been identified as an urgent maintenance work by our hosting provider. Fortunately, our SDK and backend systems are designed to retry failed requests, so that app users should not experience significant disruptions. The issue is related to a small portion of our servers and is expected to resolve shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we monitor the situation.
