    On May 9th , 2025, between 12:34 PM EST and 3:59 PM EST, we encountered a problem with ISIR service. The system did not permit users to download ISIRS, and users were unable to view ISIR(Institutional Student Information Record). The underlying problem has been identified and rectified by our technical team. This incident has been resolved and it was observed that clients are operating normally.
